The latest addition to our collection is a
double feature... Thanks to the generous
donations of Brent and Kim Bergheger, and
Larry and Kathy Wesselman, the Heritage
Museum received two antique, crank-style
telephones. Darryl Stein and Mark Pruett
hooked them up.
One is downstairs near the parlor, the other
one is upstairs at the back of our meeting area
(shown below). And they work, too! If one
person cranks up the downstairs phone, another
person can hear the bell ring upstairs, pick up the
ear piece, and have a talk. Fancy to try it out?
Bring a buddy and come on in.
